To ensure that I have an opportunity to gather all the needed information to give you an accurate quote, a consultation is required for all services except the Romantic Dinner for 2. After our consultation, once you decide to move forward with the booking process, an invoice will be sent to your email, where a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total will be due to secure your event date. The remaining balance will be due one week before your event. (A reminder email may be sent out). Please note that the only way to hold your date is to pay your deposit. If your deposit is not paid, the date is still open and may be booked by someone else. Consultations & menu creations do not hold dates only paid deposits. Bookings dates and times are set once the deposit is made. Charges may occur for date change or additional service time. Sales tax & travel service fees will be added to all invoices. Gratuity is not mandatory but greatly appreciated. Cancellations with refunds can be made up until one week prior to the event date. Any money outside of the 25% deposit will be refunded.
